Sometimes you need to move away from an area to realise how much you loved living there.

These clients were a young family who had previously lived in Casuarina before making the move to acreage in Terranora.

While they loved aspects of the acreage lifestyle, over time they realised just how much they missed Casuarina — particularly the ability to walk to the beach and the lifestyle that comes with living on the coast.

The decision was made: they wanted to move back. We knew relatively quickly that this was the right property.

Getting the deal together, however, wasn't completely straightforward.

There were some delays throughout the negotiation process and at times the deal stalled, but we stayed engaged, kept communication moving and continued working towards an outcome.

Ultimately, we were able to get it across the line and secure the property for $2,500,000.
